Do you take custom requests for dog houses or cat houses?

Yes, we do offer custom orders. Feel free to reach out via DM or WhatsApp. Then, we can discuss your about the details.

Are your products on a pre-order basis?

We operate on a pre-order basis, with each item taking approximately 2–3 weeks to complete as it is handmade.
Please allow up to 4 weeks in case of any delays, as we do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and in good condition.

What happens if the product is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, you may request a return. Please send us clear photos and videos of the damaged area for review. Once the claim is approved, we will provide further instructions for the return.
Please return the product in its original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.

Do you ship to all of Indonesia and internationally?

Since we are based in Jakarta, shipping is affordable within the area. For orders outside Jakarta, we will charge extra for wooden packaging.
